Minimum Age

Individuals must be 21 years old to book a room.

Local Bookings

Local resident bookings are considered on a case-by-case basis. You must contact us for approval prior to booking or your reservation may be cancelled upon arrival.

Required Credentials

Arriving guests must have a valid government photo ID and credit card. The credit card information will be securely held on file until after check-out in case reasonable charges must be added for damages, property destruction, missing items, or additional housekeeping.

Damages

Charges will be applied to your account for smoking in rooms, lost/missing items from room, or damage to room and/or furnishings.

Guest Conduct

For the safety and consideration of all guests, no underage drinking or illegal activities on the property. You will be asked to leave and/or law enforcement called if you are found to be in violation of this policy.

Arrival and Departure

Check in is 3:00 p.m.

Check out is 11:00 a.m.

Smoking

All rooms are non-smoking – please considerately use the designated smoking area.

Marijuana

Per Springfield Missouri City Code, no marijuana shall be consumed in a public place. 19 CSR 30-95.010 defines a public place as any public or private property that is open to the general public, including but not limited to sidewalks, streets, parks, schools and businesses.

We kindly require that our guests comply with Missouri law and refrain from smoking marijuana on the property. Recreational use of marijuana is illegal in Missouri.

Pets

We’re sorry, but due to our size and number of rooms we are not able to accommodate pets.

Cancellations

Full refund if cancelled 24 or more hours in advance.

Valuables

Please keep valuables in a safe place. Rockwood Motor Court is not responsible for any stolen or lost items.
