The Classic
The Classic pays tribute to the beautifully designed automobiles that traveled Route 66. Original magazine advertisements from the 1940’s and 1950’s decorate the walls along with other pieces original to that period. The unit is outfitted with a full-size 1940’s spool bed and chest, bathroom and dressing area with a corner tiled shower, much like the 1929 original.

Rockwood Motor Court is conveniently located in the heart of Springfield’s historic Route 66 district and in easy walking distance to several other Route 66 businesses, restaurants, and attractions. We’re about a five minute drive to the downtown entertainment district and Route 66 museum, historic Commercial St, Drury University, Ozarks Technical College (OTC), and three local breweries. Springfield Cardinal Baseball Stadium, Missouri State University (MSU), Wonders of Wildlife/Bass Pro, and Ozark Empire Fairgrounds are all within a 10 minute drive. Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, and other Branson attractions are a 45 minute drive away.
